Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted in French by Davis Bitton for the James Moyle Oral History Program and for the European Latter-day Saints Oral History Project at Brigham Young University. Picard talks about growing up in Paris, France and his later move to Orleans, his work as a railroad agent and as a bookkeeper, his joining the Mormon Church in 1949, and his service to that religion in numerous callings.
